A wonderful stay with unforgettable hospitality

From the very first interaction, our experience with Hotel & Spa Bellavista Francischiello was exceptional. We originally wanted to stay for a few nights, but unfortunately the rooms we needed were not available. To our surprise, the hotel contacted us and offered a wonderful solution before we even had to ask. That level of care and attention truly reflects the hospitality of the people who work there. The hotel is beautiful, with breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. The restaurant has air conditioning, an incredible panoramic view, and delicious food. The pool is also a perfect place to relax while enjoying the stunning coastline. On our departure day, we had to leave very early and couldn’t have breakfast, but the hotel kindly prepared a special breakfast box for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture. They also arranged transportation to Naples, and we would like to give a special thank you to our driver, who was incredibly kind and made the journey extra special. He truly made us feel cared for. The hotel is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes from Sorrento by bus, with the bus stop right in front. We recommend checking the schedule in advance, especially during weekdays, as transportation can be limited late at night. Sorrento is a charming and lively town, conveniently close to the hotel, full of wonderful restaurants, shops, and beautiful streets. It was our favorite place along the Amalfi Coast, and we highly recommend visiting. Most importantly, the staff made this stay unforgettable. We wish we could mention everyone by name, but every single person we met was warm, helpful, and welcoming. It wasn’t just excellent service, it was genuine hospitality.

A lovely hotel well situated in Massa Lubrense.

I chose the Hotel Bellavista Francischiello for a surprise celebration for its wonderful location on the Amalfi Coast, away from the towns but with easy bus access. This was the venue for the family to assemble from all over the world to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday over 3 nights. From the time I booked to the time we all left nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful Anna and Lucia. There were 12 of us in total, 8 adults and 4 teenagers. The rooms were all extremely comfortable and clean and the hotel accommodated my daughter's family with 2 rooms on a lock off which was much appreciated. My husband and I had a junior suite in a separate building - it was beautiful and spacious. And kept sparkling clean by Graziella! We ate half board for 2 nights and on the last night we had a gala dinner on the pool terrace, attended by Francisco who provided a wonderful service and meal. It was truly a magnificent occasion to add to the family memories. The pool is a good size and was most welcome in the heat; it is very well maintained. While the hotel is located on the coastal road one cannot hear the traffic at all from the rooms. We would all go back to stay there if visiting the Amalfi coast. Fabulous memories.

We stayed at the hotel as part of a wedding in Sorrento. The hotel was truly wonderful, spotlessly clean, staff were lovely and very helpful. The views over Capri were stunning. Breakfast was good and quite varied. Lovely swimming pool on the top floor with superb view and always seem to be plenty of loungers available. There was a bar there which also served food at lunchtime. The rooms were lovely and had a little balcony, it was on the main road (as are most hotels there ) but the sound insulation in the room was excellent and the aircon was the quietest i have experienced in a long time. One fantastic element was there was a bus stop just outside the front of the hotel which was great for popping into sorrento at a very cheap price and ran every 20 minutes. Would stay there again with no hesitation
