Wow, we had the best experience, the staff were so helpful in every aspect. The room was huge and beautiful. We had a balcony that looked over the beautiful lane. the restaurant did Breakfast and dinner, we e had breakfast there and the range of food was great, and the staff couldn't do enough fir us, lovely coffee. The reception staff helped us with places to go, gave great advice and directions. I would definitely stay there again, highly recommend

Extremely Disappointed — No Running Water and No Accountability

I stayed at Hotel Maison Tofani and had a terrible experience. There was no running water in our room — not in the toilet, shower, or sink. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they refused to move us to a new room and claimed it was a "city-wide issue." However, we spoke to other nearby businesses, and they all had running water — so clearly this was a problem with the hotel, not the city. This situation was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as upscale. No water means no ability to use the bathroom or shower — completely unsanitary. We asked for a full refund given the circumstances, but the hotel did not accommodate us. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere, especially if you expect basic amenities and accountability when something goes wrong.

Wonderful boutique hotel!

What a wonderful downtown boutique hotel. Only 10 rooms and wonderful personalized service. The building is a 170 year old gem. The rooms are perfectly appointed and have unbelievable ambiance. The hotel is right downtown and you step out of the oasis into the shopping zone. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is divine. They will arrange parking if you ask. The best!
