Great hotel and a great location. Right in the heart of sorrento where it's all happening. we had a late checkin and they were absolutely accommodating and we had a terrific room. They are not the biggest rooms but spotless and the bathroom was oversized which was great. The only thing we would change is the breakfast. Some of the food was too salty which would be my only complaint if that's what you could call it, and the fruit they served was mediocre. Other than that, their coffee was excellent and we didn't leave hungry at all. The staff and the location would be my number one reason we will return there again.

We had an excellent stay, we had an issue and the Manager sorted everything to make our stay enjoyable. They decorated our room for me as we would be out on an excursion for my husbands Birthday, the best part for us was Pepe we loved him he is absolutely amazing! Customer service is 5* and he is the reason we spent everyday visiting the pool terrace just to see him, he really went out of his way to make my husbands Birthday special and it meant alot, he also makes the best Spritz! We hope to return one day

Squeezed tetris-like amongst other similar buildings in the centre of Sorrento and accessible only by a narrow cobbled lane (think early morning delivery carts on nylon wheels), this acceptably fitted hotel ticked most of the boxes for our week long stay. The room was reached by a good lift, it was large and well-equipped whilst use of the shower necessitated clambering into a very high-sided bath……….we also had a decent size bed but the supplied mattress and pillows were hard and not to my liking. Perfectly acceptable breakfast where the scrambled eggs tasted distinctly better than they were presented and the toast machine was appallingly slow, the dining room itself has limited space and is to be avoided during rush hour. The rooftop pool and associated bar are both very acceptable and were staffed by an Italian gem of a gentleman. The hotel is a mere ten minute walk from the train station (beware the accordion bandits), reasonably close to the port by lift or steps, and in the middle of a very lively night-life. An enjoyable stay.
