We stayed here for a week for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, with a taxi rank directly outside. Breakfast was nice with enough choice for everyone, and the rooftop bar is lovely, although we didn’t use the pool as the pool area is quite small. The air conditioning was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, a great base for a stay in Sorrento.

This is the second year my daughter and I have been to this hotel we absolutely love it. Everything about it is perfect The location,the staff,the rooms, The food. Situated in the heart of Sorrento The Plaza is amazing the view from the Sky Bar is fantastic. Rosy,Samantha and Giuseppe were so welcoming we had such a laugh with them at breakfast. The food at the sky bar was delicious especially the tacos also the burgers were the best I've ever had. We will definitely be back next year My daughter is already looking online to book for next year.

Great hotel in a great location!

We just returned from an 8 night stay at the Hotel Plaza Sorrento and are very happy we chose this hotel. Not only is it located in the Tasso Plaza area where you are minutes away from great shopping and restaurants, but the staff is amazing as well. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff at breakfast always greeted us with a smile and were always so sweet. There is a rooftop bar that had music on certain nights and the drinks were great. There’s also a small pool adjacent to the bar with only 12 loungers but we never had a problem securing one the two times we were at the pool. You cannot save loungers and the staff would remove any belongings that were left unattended to, which was nice because otherwise there would be no loungers available. We loved our stay at the Hotel Plaza Sorrento and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel

This is a wonderful hotel in a fabulous location. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness, the staff and the decor. It is 2 blocks from the City Center and you can walk just about anywhere you need to go. Front desk staff 100% helpful. The rooms are a good size and lovely decor. The Skybar and pool offer a wonderful reprieve from the busy city. Breakfast was more than 4 star - nothing lacking & wonderful staff. My only complaint was at checkout where there was a line for a tip. Our bill was quite high and I thought this a little uncomfortable. On a $4000 bill what could you possibly leave? We had already tipped the housekeeper, the staff at the Buffet breakfast and the waiters and bartenders. I think this took away from what was a perfect stay at the Plaza. I left feeling inadequate because we truly did not want to incur another expense.
