Very good hotel, great value for money

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and we enjoyed the Towers Hotel very much. It is great value for money, beautiful coastal setting, convenient location, easy to find, and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We dined every night in their restaurant, the food was excellent as well as the service and price was reasonable. We were checked-in by Antonella and checked-out with Cristina, both were very polite and professional. Nello the bartender is a fun guy and will make you an excellent drink! You can visit both Napoli, Amalfi coast and Capri from this hotel, but start as early as possible, of course. Towers Hotel has a shuttle bus to the nearest train station and from there you can go to either Pompeii & Napoli or to Sorrento town. Great breakfast buffet as well, great coffee, plenty of food and very friendly team in the morning. This hotel is definitely worth a close evaluation if visiting the area.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Camera bellissima, pulita e con ogni comfort. Spa stupenda e un grazie speciale al bagnino Mario, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, che ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolati. Cena perfetta e colazione ricchissima con ampia scelta. Personale attento e premuroso: tutto impeccabile!

Volevo condividere la mia esperienza alquanto assurda! Abbiamo prenotato un weekend nel mese di Luglio dal cofanetto Smartbox al quale abbiamo aggiunto un opzione extra di € 65,00 aggiungendo una cena , purtroppo la mattina dell’arrivo ho avuto un malessere fisico che mi ha portata in pronto soccorso ( ero anche incinta ) e non potendo partire ho inviato alla struttura il certificato del pronto soccorso sperando di poter usufruire del weekend in un altro periodo , soprattutto quando le mie condizioni fisiche L avrebbero permesso secondo le disponibilità della struttura. Alla reception mi hanno comunicato che : “Se desidera cancellarla deve utilizzare il portale Smartbox o in alternativa può contattare l’assistenza clienti Smartbox” Procedo ma L assistenza mi dice che purtroppo essendo scaduti i termini non potevo gestire la situazione con Smartbox ma mi avrebbe potuto aiutare solo la struttura qualora potesse farlo. Dopo svariate mail da Luglio , oggi ricevo tale risposta “purtroppo non abbiamo soluzioni da offrirle. Ci dispiace tantissimo per il suo imprevisto e comprendiamo tutte le possibili ragioni, ma purtroppo le prenotazioni che si confermano in una struttura alberghiera, sono dei piccoli contratti e come ogni contratto vanno onorate le condizioni da parte nostra e da parte del cliente. La vostra prenotazione aveva 3 giorni di tolleranza prima di essere in penale. Purtroppo oltre tale periodo se non si arriva in hotel ( no show ) oppure se viene cancellata, la quota versata a garanzia o a pagamento è perso, così come è chiaramente specificato nelle conferme di prenotazione. La “causa di forza maggiore” è sfruttabile solo per pandemie, catastrofi come terremoti, maremoti, ma non per un malesseri, purtroppo. Inoltre, trattandosi prenotazioni con terze parti, chiaramente i servizi sono particolarmente vantaggiosi per i clienti che acquistano i voucher e per tale motivo non è possibile concedere eccezioni .” Trovo assurdo e da pezzenti che una struttura che fattura migliaia di euro non solo non possa trovare una soluzione alternativa, ma si tenga pure i 65€ di extra pagati in anticipo e reputi un malessere fisico di una donna incinta un problema non rilevante ai fini di un cambio data .
