Fabulous hotel. Excellent service. Our room was upgraded to a newly refurbished room which was beautiful. We had side sea view which was fabulous. Reception staff and concierge were so helpful. Pool area is lovely, very clean, lovely comfortable sun beds and towels at pool side. Pool bar has great service and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, with a musician playing each morning which created a lovely atmosphere. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Rooftop bar is spectacular especially for sunset, and restaurant is a beautiful fine dining experience. Brilliant service from housekeeping. Rooms immaculate and change of towels and turn down service in evening was a lovely added touch.

This is an amazing hotel central in Sorrento with an amazing view to mount vesuvius. It has a fabulous roof top bar with a brilliant waiter - Giovanni!! The breakfast is lovely with a huge choice. Friendly staff, good pool and can’t recommend enough!!

Mon commentaire se portera sur le restaurant. De passage à Sorrente, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir apprécier le cadre, le professionnalisme du personnel (même si parfois il y a la barrière de la langue), vous êtes dans un petit cocon et on prend soin de vous avec gentillesse. Mon évaluation sera pour la cuisine et son chef. Un repas excellentissime. Pour moi un étoilé👍. Tout était parfait. Que ce soit cuisson, présentation, mélange de saveurs. Le pied!! Une excellente soirée et je retiendrai cette soirée de Saint Lorenzo comme parfaite. Que le chef continue à réjouir nos papilles. J'espère que mon commentaire sera signalé à la cuisine pour la remercier de nous faire passer un excellent moment grâce à tous ses talents qui travaillent dur pour nous régaler. Le dessert au citron. Mama Mia... Le nirvana. Avec sa mise en scène dans une boîte de marqueterie absolument MAGIQUE. BRAVO CHEF. MERCI POUR CES MOMENTS.

Loved every minute of our stay here from the moment we arrived and checked in with the lovely Veronica who was always super helpful. Location perfect with beautiful views , loved the deco through reception,our room was at the side of the hotel with a slight sea view and a large terrace, deco is more traditional in rooms which we liked,the maids kept everything very clean and beds and pillows very comfortable and of good quality . We loved the pool it was a good size and very peaceful most of the time and the waiters there are all very nice , had some nice lunches on the terrace there. You can get a lift down to the beach we spent a lovely day there , you do have to hire the sun beds but well worth it , swimming in the sea was lovely it was very clear. Lastly a special mention for the breakfast, nice man playing the piano and again all the waiters was very friendly,there was plenty of selection loved the honey comb my only criticism was the hot food wasn’t our taste don’t like peas and carrots for breakfast I think an egg station would make this the best breakfast you could ever wish for . We truly didn’t want to leave this hotel and would highly recommend.
