The hotel is in a perfect location. It has the prettiest top of the hotel views of the sunset and there is a singer there that does such a good job. Has an amazing voice. She performs on Sundays. The wait staff for breakfast is amazing and the kindest. The lady at the reservation for the restaurant upstairs has rbf but once u break through she’s kind. Remember Americans are different type of creatures. Some have southern hospitality in their blood the Italians do not have that even in a 5 star hotel so remember that when you are checking into the hotel. The warm, fuzzy feeling doesn’t exist. Make sure you communicate with the front on everything and say it couple times. The beach downstairs is not a private beach. It’s a public beach with a million children everywhere. The hotel has an agreement with company down there for no reason. U don’t get perks or comps for using downstairs. Go to whichever beach u want. First of all they force you into getting an umbrella even when u say u don’t want it. 2 chairs and umbrella is 50 euros. The rude woman at the front with the big massive Italian man tell you where to say even if u don’t want to sit there. U r forced. The hotel should understand not the best arrangement.

Never been to Sorrento before. This hotel was perfectly placed. The room was lovely. Clean and maid service could not have been better. Staff were so helpful especially the barman in the roof top bar

I absolutely love this hotel. Best location in town. Beautiful rooftop bar that looks over the coast and walking distance to everything including the station, ferry port and about a hundred shops and restaurants. You have everything you need at this hotel. I even enjoyed a massage at the spa. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was amazing and the added piano playing and occasional singing from the breakfast staff added to the atmosphere. The pool area was great for an afternoon dip and drinks. I honestly did not want to leave after 5 nights.

Lovely hotel

Stayed from 4th to 8th May. Hotel is in a quiet area in Sorrento but close to the marina, shops and restaurants. They are minutes away. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. We had a small balcony and a view of the sea even though it was not a sea view room. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plenty of fresh items every morning. We had fresh fruits, hot items and pastry. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning. The only complaint we had was that one morning we wanted to catch a ferry and were in a rush. We decided to take the lift that goes down to the beach from the hotel. We ran through to the tunnel and were stopped by a locked gate. We could not get through so had to get the lift back to the hotel and go to the beach another way. I suggest a small sign in the lift saying “no access to beach”. We would come again if we return to Sorrento.
