Beautiful hotel in Sorrento with lovely staff and shuttle service into town. Great views and delicious breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Can't say enough nice things about the staff. If I get to go back to Sorrento I will definitely stay there again.

There were a lot of great things about the hotel - the staff was so helpful and kind, the complimentary breakfast spread was very good, the views were really stunning and the room felt very clean. I thought for the price it was a great deal in general. Some not so great things - The bed was truly very uncomfortable. It was a spring mattress, and you could feel the spring digging into you if you laid on your side. The mattress also made so much noise that if I moved at all in the bed, I was almost guaranteed to wake my partner up. The bathroom was not very updated, there were some fixtures that were so old they had scratches all over them. The room was a bit stuffy and the AC didn't seem to work. I will say based on the other reviews, it sounds like our room in particular may have been a less updated room? We made the best of it and had a good time, but we were really surprised based on all the positive reviews we had seen online.

Hotel Cristina – The only place to stay in Sorrento. Perched on the hill overlooking Sorrento and the Bay of Naples, Hotel Cristina was a sheer treat, and we can’t wait to return. The rooms were clean, modern and so very comfortable, with a gorgeous modern bathroom. We loved the small balcony and the magnificent view of the bay from the room, and wherever you were in the hotel. Staff were so very friendly, efficient and helpful! It was a pleasure meeting and chatting to the owner Alessandro, who was so friendly, helpful and hands on! The breakfast buffet was honestly one of the best we have had, and the pistachio cream filled croissants were heavenly! The light lunches served on the terrace were delicious~! An additional treat was the pool and sunbeds around the pool. Very welcoming in the late afternoon after a busy day of sightseeing! The hotel shuttle that runs regularly from the hotel to the Sorrento train station was so convenient, providing easy access into town. We can’t fault this hotel. Whole-hearted thanks to the Hotel Cristina team!

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. My niece and I had plenty of room - we had a first floor room. The view was incredible. If we had not been busy every day I could see myself enjoying the balcony all day long. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection with very good service. As a tour group we had some private transit up and down but frequently took the shuttle down to our vans.
