We absolutely loved our stay here! The entire team was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was spectacular! We can’t thank everyone enough for making our stay so special. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back! ❤️

Hairs and Mould!

A real shame! Beautiful location and beautiful hotel absolutely ruined by the cleanliness of the rooms. We were only staying for one night and out first impression was the owner being late to let us in. Afterwards our room had HAIRS everywhere and the worst part was the bathroom which had black mould all over + more hairs! I took pictures immediately and went downstairs to let them know and they were dismissive and did not provide any help and just told me to deal with it through Booking.com. After many attempts to contact them through booking.com to get some form of compensation the only response I've had from them was that they refuse to refund anything because we didn't make them aware of the issue immediately - this is a complete lie. To top it all off, during breakfast the next day none of the allergens of the food items were labelled - they were all pilled up in a corner to the side! I'm very annoyed with the owner and their service with us so I hope they see this and I hope this helps people make an informed decision what to expect with this hotel. Ms Tofani you should be ashamed of yourself for making up lies and rejecting hard evidence of the poor state of your rooms. Such a shame because Sorrento is an absolute gem! ... just avoid this one unless you like walking on hairs and showering with mould!

Still the best in all of Sorrento

We had an incredible stay once again at the Maison Tofani. This time I brought my parents and my sister. As usual, we were greeted kindly and felt welcomed like we were visiting family. Our beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the staff is just amazing. We would love to thank Maria, Tony, Antonino, Marilisa, Rita, Roberto, Ciro, and everyone else for making us feel so welcomed. This is our go to place in Sorrento and will always be. Thank you for making my father John (Giovanni), mother Cecelia, sister Melissa, and my wife June feel so happy being there. I had to take my family to the best in Sorrento and spoil them with the best there is. Maria is the best and of course so are the rest of the staff. Any questions I had, Antonino, RIta, and Marilisa had the answer. Of course Tony is the best at their restaurant La Lanterna. We went there every night! We cannot wait to return next year to see our amazing friends who always go above and beyond to make our stay perfecto.

WORST HOTEL IN SORRENTO, NOT VERY CLEAN

We stayed at the hotel; apart from the central location, the rest was terrible: rooms were not very clean, an attic, passed off as a loft, the shower was dirty and rusty. Breakfast service was terrible: old fruit, little choice, and low quality; furthermore, the elderly lady who served breakfast was very unpleasant and not suitable for dealing with customers. I will never return and I do not recommend it to anyone.
