Nicely situated hotel , near the main piazza, many shops & restaurants. We did have to haul our suitcases down a walking only street from the corner.(which was a pain as we turned down the wrong street). Once we were there they were awesome, the delivered all our suitcases to our rooms on their freight elevator. Staff was lovely. There’s roof top patio with tables & chairs. You can sunbathe & there’s an outdoor shower. We had drink up there. Room was nice. Lovely breakfast in the morning, I would stay here again.

What can I say about this amazing hotel? It is many centuries old, and has been restored beautifully. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was in the most beautiful dining room I have ever experienced in a hotel. The selection was amazing, with lots of cakes, hot food, and a huge range of fresh fruit amongst much more. You step out of the hotel and you are on one of the loveliest little pedestrianised streets in Sorrento, full of shops, cafes, gelato sellers and life! Given that the building is so old the owners are constrained on what they are allowed to do to it, and despite double glazing there was some street noise in our room late into the night. That is only to be expected given the location. I understand that some of the rooms on the other side of the hotel didn't have any issues. We were more than happy. The staff were so helpful, including the lovely night Porter who also served coffe at breakfast. We only found the roof garden towards the end of our stay, sadly. The views from up there are stunning. Would completely recommend this hotel.

Wow, we had the best experience, the staff were so helpful in every aspect. The room was huge and beautiful. We had a balcony that looked over the beautiful lane. the restaurant did Breakfast and dinner, we e had breakfast there and the range of food was great, and the staff couldn't do enough fir us, lovely coffee. The reception staff helped us with places to go, gave great advice and directions. I would definitely stay there again, highly recommend
