Melrose Relais is honestly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained and full of thoughtful details. The whole place is simply stunning. But what truly makes it special is the people. They are so down-to-earth, warm and genuine – always ready to help and giving you that little extra touch that makes your stay special. Pietro made every morning better with great coffee, delicious breakfast and good company – and even stepped in as our driver when needed. Constanza was exceptional (!!), taking care of everyone with such calm, warmth, humour and presence. Service at its very best. And then there is “The Boss” herself – everywhere from reception to the bar, always stepping in wherever needed and making sure everything was just right. Beautiful rooms, lovely outdoor space and a genuinely wonderful atmosphere. A truly special place that we would return to in a heartbeat.

I spent two days at this splendid property for a weekend and I must say that everything was simply perfect! From the friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff, always attentive to every need, to the magnificence of the property, cared for in every smallest detail. You can really perceive the attention and care they put into making guests feel at ease.

My girlfriend and I spent a beautiful day in this corner of paradise. When you are inside, you will feel a sensation of total 360-degree relaxation. The staff is truly friendly, very helpful, and very attentive to the customers' needs. Excellent food, quality ingredients, and generous portions. And the place, what can I say… we are in one of the most evocative parts of Italy, breathtaking view, and also truly beautiful inside. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, nothing left to chance. Thanks again to the owners, truly special people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
