Rooms in colour

Sorrento Flats' modern, colourful rooms are on two levels at Via dell'Accademia in the historic centre, and along Corso Italia, Sorrento's main boulevard. All come with WiFi, safe, minibar, air conditioning, hairdryer and toiletry set. Rooms are fully soundproofed, and extra single beds are available on request at no extra cost.

Room types include: Classic (approx. 20 sqm, balcony overlooking Piazza Tasso), Superior (approx. 20 sqm, balcony on Piazza Tasso), Superior 2 Levels (approx. 30 sqm, bedroom upstairs and living area with sofa downstairs) and Deluxe (approx. 35 sqm, bright blue interiors).

Start the day right with a generous breakfast, served every morning to Via dell'Accademia guests, with fresh pastries, coffee, charcuterie and cheese. Corso Italia accommodations are room-only.

A home in Sorrento

Sorrento Flats offers two apartments: one on Corso Italia (40 sqm), with bedroom, living area, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle) and a sea-view balcony; and one on Via dell'Accademia, also with equipped kitchen and small balcony. Both sleep 2 to 4 guests with daily cleaning and towel changes.

The best stay for solo trip!

I’ve just had the best time staying at Sorrento Flats for my first solo trip as a female. Luigi was amazing and always goes out of his way to help you- nothing is too much trouble; eg sending me instructions how to arrive from the airport, recommendations for restaurants, Prosecco at happy hour and offering limoncello. He even gave me a free room upgrade. The location is perfect! Right in the centre, but still peaceful and it feels so safe here. The rooms are great, so clean and modern with excellent air con, powerful shower and super king size beds! Breakfast and coffee every morning also great. I’ve had the best time staying here in Sorrento and wish I didn’t have to leave. Highly recommend and I would love to return.

Amazing place, clean, with all the amenities we needed, very near the center of Sorrento, walking distance from everywhere. Luigi was on top answering our messages (average answering time 5 minutes), he helped us with tips on restaurants, attractions and coordinated some tours. I recommend this place for your next stay at Sorrento.

This was our second vacation stay at the villa. Luigi is an incredible. Super host! He is always available, ready to communicate and help anytime any day while you are at the villa. Communicating with him from another country was just as easy. His attention to our every need made our vacation an exceptional experience. He arranged tours, drivers, and taxis. The villa is a peaceful retreat. Beautiful views, the house is comfortable and clean, Air Cindition, and a beautiful pool that our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone who visit Sorrento to stay at the villa! I hope one day we can go back.🙏Thanks again, Luigi Regards, Teresa

Perfect B&B in the heart of Sorrento, Via Dell' Accademia 16

A perfect small hotel or B&B in the centre of Sorrento, just 100 metres from the main street with shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes from the port, where the fast ferry from Naples arrives. The owner and his family are extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. Luigi takes care of practically everything even before your arrival. He contacted us the day before and made sure our holiday could start immediately and without any complications. As our flight was in the morning, we asked if we could leave our luggage at reception until check-in. Instead, he arranged for us to get our room as soon as we arrived in Sorrento — early check-in at 10 a.m. — and even offered us a room upgrade, as one was available. He also immediately offered us coffee and breakfast on arrival, even though he did not have to do any of this. This is exactly the kind of thing that makes the difference between large hotel chains and a smaller hotel run by genuinely good people. Throughout the week, he was always available to help us, as were his brother and his mother, who makes excellent homemade sweet breakfasts, including homemade torta caprese, tiramisu and more. The rooms are beautiful, modern and clean. Overall, they run a lovely hotel where you do not have to worry about anything except how you are going to explore the Amalfi Coast — and even with that, they will gladly help you with many things.

Sorrento Flats accommodations are at Corso Italia 176 and Via dell'Accademia 16, in the heart of Sorrento's historic centre. Check-in is on Corso Italia, 350 metres from the Circumvesuviana station and 150 metres from the bus stop for the Amalfi Coast. The public lift to the port and beaches is just a few minutes' walk. Please note: there is no elevator in the buildings, but staff are happy to assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
