A fabulous home base for exploring Sorrento

We stayed in the Blue Room at the Corso Italia location. Luigi and his family took great care of us, starting by carrying our luggage up to the 3rd floor (European, 4th floor US) for us. He was only a WhatsApp away and responded promptly (before and during our stay). The room was large, with power outlets at both sides of the bed (not something I take for granted!) and at the desk. We had a coffee-maker, mini-fridge, and electric kettle. The room was well-lit, too. Our room overlooked Corso Italia, but the soundproofing was excellent, and we slept well. The bed was large and very comfortable; the bathroom was well-equipped and big enough. Laundry service was only 20 EUR for a large bag, washed, dried, and folded. The advertised turnaround was 24 hours, but we got our laundry back the evening of the day we turned it in. The location was wonderful - a few minutes' walk to Piazza Tasso (the main square) and the major shopping (and eating!) streets. The Corso Italia location does not serve breakfast, but there were many places nearby (we had breakfast at the Leone Rosso Trattoria every day). The train station was only a five-minute walk away, too. We left reluctantly.

More than just a stay -A beautiful experience

Staying at this hotel in Sorrento was one of the most pleasant surprises I’ve had since I started traveling. Luigi and his family have managed to create a true experience rather than just a simple place to stay. The location is ideally positioned in the historic center. Impeccable cleanliness and a delicious breakfast were part of this unforgettable experience. Moreover, the hosts secured special parking rates for those arriving by car from Naples and recommended the best local restaurants, which was incredibly helpful. Practically every piece of advice or small thing I needed was taken care of, and for that, I can only thank them. Other guests at the hotel were not there for the first time, which makes me personally want to return so I can feel like part of their family again. Thank you, Luigi and family, for the wonderful days spent in Sorrento! Daniel

Extremely pleased to have found the Sorrento Flats for our stay in Sorrento! If you want a very well run family operated hotel located in the center of everything, this is your place! The staff were excellent- very friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent. And Stefano, Luigi, and mom treat you like family, always present, always helpful, and serving personally baked goods to start your day- you will not be disappointed with the Sorrento Flats!!

The hotel is centrally located in a quiet location. Luigi, the hotelier was very friendly and especially helpful. He had many good tips for us. Also the shuttle to the airport worked perfectly. We enjoyed the stay and can highly recommend the place.
