Sorrento Flats

Wow! Just Wow!! What an incredibly amazing stay and experience… Outside of the Air bnb being beautiful, comfortable, clean, and literally in THE PERFECT LOCATION situated in Sorrento, walkable to literally EVERYTHING including easy access to the coast and Ferry Port, the most incredible part of the stay was the host Luigi, his brother, and mother and their hospitality. They are extremely attentive, accommodating, helpful, and caring. They honestly made us feel like family and we are very much appreciative to them. From their responsiveness, to being proactive and anticipating every need, to their excellent recommendations, it was the perfect first introduction to Italy for my girlfriend and I. We would just like to highlight specifically, that they went over an beyond to accommodate early check in, help carry our luggage, provide amenities like daily breakfast, fresh fruit, coffee, pastries & cakes, and even lemon cello digestif shots (all Homemade by his beautiful mother), make us dinner reservations, and welcome us as we came and went always with a warm smile and great conversation. I pray that God blesses their family, and that he blesses us with the opportunity to return soon. And when we do return, trust that we will be staying at Sorrento Flats!

We were guests at the establishment located on Corso Italia in Sorrento, and it is needless to say that the location is extraordinary, magnificent. The room was truly fantastic, worthy of a real hotel and comfortable in every way. But the real strong point of Sorrento Flats is Luigi. A person who is nothing short of exquisite, who truly excels at his job and treats customers like family. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful stay in the heart of Sorrento, with amazing hospitality provided by Luigi and his brother Stefano. It’s was our first time travelling to Italy and I made a mistake booking wrong month for our accommodation trough booking.com, after making the payment I realised it was the wrong month, I contacted booking.com they told me to contact to the hotel and I did. Luigi solved the problem on the spot for us. He also send us information how to get to the hotel, as we were coming from Rome. Thanks so much Luigi you are the best host we have ever come across when we travel that 7 weeks in Europe. The place itself was very clean,comfortable and well taken care of. There is no lift in the building but they carried our luggage upstairs that was great .Delicious breakfast with homemade pastries. Bed was super comfortable, Sorrento Flat had everything we need. We did travel with our elderly parents aged 78 & 74 they enjoy it. We did stayed 4 nights. We highly recommend to everyone Sorrento Flat.
