Another wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Sorrento. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and it was good to see some familiar faces again, including Carlo, Giuseppe and all the lovely ladies ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! On arrival we were immediately welcomed and felt cared for, room was ready which was great! Room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Rooms vary in size, bed very comfortable, walk-inshowers and good AC. The standout is the staff here - they are AMAZING - everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional and had a smile on their face - from Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, lobby & skybar …. Special mentions to Cinzia - super helpful and Augustino saved the day and went above and beyond to retrieve an earring I dropped down the sink!! The hotel is perfectly located for all shops, restaurants, buses, train station … Rooftop views are fantastic - and if you secure a room at the front of the hotel balcony views also amazing. Rooftop infinity pool overlooks Sorrento. Breakfast choice is fantastic .. loved the juicer :) & Gym well equipped ro work off all the delicious pastries! Thank you to the whole team - we will definitely return x

Great option for families in Sorrento

Plaza Sorrento was perfect for what our family of 5 needed for a week stay in Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. We hired a driver for the week and had excursions to Pompeii/Naples, Amalfi coast with multiple stops and lunch at a wonderful local remote restaurant, lemon farm tour and farmhouse lunch, all easily doable from Sorrento. The hotel is located just off the main Piazza, making walking around Sorrento easily doable, although road noise at night was a small issue. We booked three rooms, the family suite and a Superior with balcony. Note, the balcony rooms overlook the main street and a gorge that attracts many tourists. If you are a light sleeper, the street noise in these rooms may keep you up. I would recommend a non balcony room if you want very quiet experience. The hotel was extremely responsive with changes and questions. I booked this reservation will in advance and had to make an adjustment to the days. This was done exceptionally well and clearly communicated. The high lights of this hotel are the location, super friendly staff, the rooftop bar, cleanliness and the quality of the beds. The reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is the quality of the breakfast. I have stayed at several hotels in Italy, including Marriotts (where you would not expect an Italian breakfast) and the quality at Plaza Sorrento is not on par. As others have mentioned, it is the only disappointment in an otherwise great hotel. I wouldn’t let this change my plans to stay here, but I do wish the hotel would upgrade the quality of the bread, pastries, meets and eggs. The rooftop bar is GREAT! The drinks are reasonably priced and the view is amazing, especially at sunset. Great option in Sorrento!

Very good hotel, well located, with a good breakfast and very special service. We had to leave the car in a parking lot and store the bags for 3 days to or to Ana Capri and they promptly put themselves at the disposal with a better cost than the parking lot and keep local volumes
