We stayed 2 nights. Very suggestive view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius Hearty international breakfast until the end We used the spa for a fee, very positive. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Great service and cleanliness. Greetings to Rosa Barletta very kind and helpful.

Unbureaucratic and fast help with problems

We stayed 7 nights at the Towers Hotel Stabiae Sorrento Coast and had a place in the hotel's parking garage for the whole time. In the early hours of the second day, the hotel management informed us on their own initiative that our rental car was damaged during the night. And that the hotel will take care that we do not suffer any financial disadvantage from this incident (original quote: “Someone will pay for the costs, but certainly not you.”) and that we can still enjoy our holiday as fully as possible. Less than 15 minutes later, a taxi organized and paid by the hotel took us to the port of Sorrento for our Capri excursion. After the trip, the taxi also took us back to the hotel where we were immediately informed that there is already a replacement car for us in the parking garage (as no replacement car was agreed in our rental contract, that was not self-evident). We would like to thank the whole team and especially Giovanni Balzano for this exceptional and great service – only by this proactive, unbureaucratic and quick action was it possible to enjoy a wonderful and carefree holiday. We felt very welcome and would definitely come back.

I awarded 3 stars because, overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations for a four-star property. The garage is paid and to reach the car you have to walk downhill and then uphill on the way back, a solution that is impractical, especially considering the level of the hotel. The rooms with sea view are certainly pleasant, but do not offer particularly distinctive features compared to the standards you would expect from a property of this category. I appreciated the ability to check out by 12, which is a positive aspect of the stay. Less convenient is the breakfast time, available only until 9:30: a rather limited interval for those who want to indulge in a more relaxed morning. Overall, the value for money seemed quite high compared to the services offered. Too bad, because expectations were definitely higher.

Nice property, but disappointing service management: watch out for schedules!

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Although the setting is pleasant, the management of the services leaves much to be desired. 🟢 What I liked: The structure: The hotel is aesthetically very nice, nice and impactful. The massage: Note of merit for the staff of the spa; the massage received was of the highest level, professional and really relaxing. 🔴 What didn’t work: The SPA: Despite the property's prestige, access to the SPA is subject to charges and requires a reservation. The most sore point is the time limit: it is allowed to stay for no more than an hour, which makes it virtually impossible to enjoy the relaxation path without constantly looking at the watch. ❌ The tipping point (Bad): The most unacceptable aspect concerns the management of breakfast. Although official communications clearly indicated the hours from 7:00 to 10:00, the reality was quite different. At 9:30 a.m., the staff began to close the buffet and invite guests to leave the room quickly. I find that not respecting the stated times is a lack of respect for the customer, especially in a context that aims to be of a high standard. Conclusion: It is a shame that such a beautiful structure gets lost in these organizational shortcomings. If you are looking for stress-free flexibility and relaxation, I recommend you consider other options in the area.
