Hotel is top dollar nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Staff were friendly and efficient - food was good. No complaints from us at all and would highly recommend this to others. The hotel was slightly away from Tasso Square which meant it was in a quiet area.

Good location in a more residential area of Sorrento, a 10 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast buffet was very good. The views from the rooftop are fantastic. I had a cheaper room facing away from the sea which had no view, but was very quiet. The room safe was broken when I first arrived, but was fixed within a day.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sorrento at this pristine property! We had two rooms overlooking the water which had spectacular views, were super clean and very comfortable. We spend many hours on our expansive terrace enjoying the view and relaxing. The bar staff are wonderful and the extensive bar menu was perfect for evenings when we didn’t feel like going out. The breakfast and dinner in the hotel were also outstanding. The staff helped us arrange an alternative tour when the weather caused cancellation of our original plan. It’s also an easy walk to/from the train station where you can catch the Circumvesuviana to Pompeii and Naples. We will definitely return here!

Such a charming hotel.

There was something special about this hotel, you just felt so comfortable. Everyone was welcoming and extremely friendly. The waiting staff were exceptional and ran the dining room so professionally and nothing was too much trouble. The whole hotel was in pristine condition and the rooms were immaculate. Being April the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for the 2 very inviting pools that are available along with the gorgeous courtyards, maybe next time. Breakfast was ample and delicious, we were on a half board basis thinking we would probably eat out but the extensive menu and quality was too inviting to miss. I simple just can’t fault this hotel.
