Additional information
Pick-up is at the office unless a delivery arrangement has been made. Each rental day is calculated on a 24-hour basis from delivery. Contact the office at least 24 hours before your rental to confirm time and details. In high season (June–August), allow 60 minutes of flexibility for off-site delivery and pick-up.
The minimum age to rent a scooter is 18.
The following original documents are required at pick-up (copies and photos are not accepted):
- a valid government-issued ID
- a valid driver's license: A1/B for 51–125cc; A2/A for over 125cc.
Prior riding experience is required. If the operator determines that the customer lacks sufficient experience, the rental may be refused even after the contract has been signed, with no refund.
A €300 security deposit per scooter is required by credit card pre-authorization at pick-up. In case of theft, the customer must return the original keys and report the theft to the operator. The customer is liable for the commercial value of the vehicle.
Returns beyond 24 hours incur an additional day charge.
