Sorrento Trips

Sorrento Trips runs private boat tours, group excursions, sunset tours, and multi-day mini-cruises from Sorrento to the main destinations in the Gulf of Naples: Capri, Positano, Amalfi, Ischia, Procida, and the outer islands of Ponza, Palmarola, and Ventotene.

The Fleet

Sorrento Trips operates a select fleet of gozzo boats and speedboats from the Sorrento boatbuilding tradition, chosen for comfort, safety, and on-water performance.

The fleet includes:

• Three Apreamare gozzo boats (35, 38, and 45 feet)

• Lancia Aprea 52

• Romar Bermuda

• Sparviero Maresca 25

Each vessel is equipped with sun decks and outdoor seating, a kitchenette, restrooms, beach towels, snorkeling gear, soft drinks, limoncello, and Prosecco. A swim ladder provides direct access to the sea for swimming at coves along the coast.

Available Tours

Private excursions run across a range of durations. The Sunset Tour lasts 2 hours. The half-day tour follows the Sorrento Coast. Full-day options reach Capri with stops at the Faraglioni rocks and the Blue Grotto; Positano with its main beach and the Li Galli islets, the Fiordo di Furore, Ischia, and Procida. For longer itineraries, yacht mini-cruises run 3 to 7 days with customized routes.

Group Tours

Group departures leave from Sorrento on two fixed routes: a Capri tour with a full island circuit, a stop at the Green Grotto, and a swim at the Faraglioni; and an Amalfi Coast tour covering Positano, Amalfi, and the best swimming coves along the shoreline.

All guests staying in the Sorrento area have hotel pick-up and drop-off included. A private car collects you directly from your accommodation and transfers you to Marina Piccola harbor.

Special Occasions

The boats are available for proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, and bachelorette events, as well as sunset cruises at a slower pace on the Gulf. Water toys like Sea Bob, Jet Ski, and SUP can be added to any booking for guests who want more activity on the water.
