A villa in the hills above Sorrento, a kitchen garden where you pick the ingredients straight from the plant, and a kitchen where you learn to prepare Italian classics. The afternoon starts with a welcome aperitivo and a tour of the estate: animals, vineyards, and gardens. Then it's into the kitchen to clean the vegetables and start cooking, with the chef guiding each step. At the end of the class, dinner is served under the villa's patio; the dishes prepared during the lesson are paired with a local wine.
