Antonio, il Maestro Casaro ci ha fatto mettere le mani in pasta, oltre a vedere la trasformazione del caglio in prodotti d’eccellenza abbiamo realizzato con le nostre mani bocconcini, mozzatura e trecce. Le mani esperte e la passione per l’artigianalità e la tradizione di Antonio e la sua famiglia sono gli ingredienti principali del loro ottimo prodotto d’eccellenza. Ottima la degustazione in giardino, sotto un pergolato , preparata da Angela con i loro prodotti… Esperienza consigliatissima per grandi e piccini .

This was the most gorgeous experience for mum, dad and four teen/adult children. So welcoming and fascinating for all. You never get to see things like this in the UK and I am so glad we had the chance to experience exactly what is involved - all the care, love and passion that goes into the sixth generation fior de latte makers. And it was totally delicious. Antonio made it fun and engaged us all. I would highly recommend. I think families with younger children would absolutely love it too!
