We will contact you after booking to arrange a meeting point; half-day boat tours of the Amalfi Coast depart at 9AM and 2PM, but other departure times can be arranged in advance. A host can meet you at your hotel to accompany you to the boat or we have two offices in Positano (Via Pasitea 261 and Via C. Colombo 2) which can be used as a meeting point.

Where is the meeting point for the tour?
After booking, Magia Boats contacts you directly to arrange the meeting point. Guests staying in Positano can head to one of the two offices at Via Pasitea 261 or Via C. Colombo 2. Alternatively, a host can meet you at your hotel and accompany you to the boat. All details are confirmed via direct contact after the booking is made.
Is hotel pickup available?
Yes, for guests staying in Positano a host can meet you directly at your hotel and accompany you to the boat. Guests staying elsewhere between Naples and Salerno can be picked up at any port or pier in the area, for an additional charge to be agreed with Magia Boats before the tour.
Is there a toilet on board?
Yes, Magia Boats' vessels are equipped with a cabin and on-board toilet.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?
If sea conditions make navigation impossible, the tour is canceled with no penalty, or rescheduled to an alternative date if possible.
What are the cancellation terms?
Free cancellation is available up to 7 full days before the tour's scheduled start time (local time). After that cutoff, 100% of the service cost is non-refundable.
Is there a swimming stop during the tour?
Yes, the tour includes possible swimming stops from the boat, at the skipper's discretion based on sea conditions. Beach towels and snorkeling equipment are available on board
Are departure times fixed or can they be adjusted?
Standard departures are at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, but it's possible to shift the start time by up to one hour in either direction. The request needs to be made in advance, at the time of booking, or before the tour date.
Is the tour private or shared with other passengers?
The tour is fully private: the boat is reserved exclusively for your group, with no other guests on board. This allows you to tailor the route and set the pace of stops. There is no shared version of this tour.
