This cooking experience was one I will never forget!! Anthony was so inviting and fun, to share time in his kitchen learning the skills of preparing an authentic Italian meal was just heartwarming. His home was warm and screamed please come we will cook together ❤️ Meeting his parents and sweet young daughter was really the icing on the cake. When I arrived in Italy, I was very intentional about choosing the right cooking class. I love to cook and wanted something authentic with less of a touristy feel. After asking around, the locals highly recommended Antonio’s class and now I completely understand why. From the very beginning, Antonio made everything simple and easy to follow, while also sharing practical cooking tips that I truly appreciated. I especially loved the farm-to-table concept, with ingredients sourced directly from his in-laws’ farm. It was such a special touch to see his father-in-law in the back kitchen, contributing to the experience as well. All in all, it was a wonderful evening. I even told my husband that this might end up being my favorite night of our entire vacation even though it was only day one of our 10-day trip! And I was right. It became the highlight of our travels, so much so that I’m already planning to host and attempt to recreate the experience at home with my extended family. :) Props to Km0, and best of luck in all your future ventures! Great food and service. Delicious octopus and the pasta was superb. Great reasonably priced wine. Highly recommend. Go!
