- Welcome to our traditional Amalfi Coast kitchen with a small group of six or fewer people
- Visit the garden to select fresh ingredients for the meal
- Participate in a traditional local cooking class led by an expert chef
- Learn to prepare two types of handmade pasta: classic egg tagliatelle, which will be served with vegetable sauce, pesto, or meat sauce; and delicious ravioli, a traditional pasta from the Amalfi Coast, filled with local cheese, vegetables or meat
- We will also prepare a traditional chocolate-pear cake for dessert
- The experience concludes as we enjoy tasting the food we prepared during the lesson
- Water, local wine, Prosecco and limoncello also included
